Experience
As a solicitor focussed on commercial real estate transactions, my role at Harold Benjamin involves representing clients on acquisitions and disposals of vacant/let commercial properties, acting for landlords and tenants on commercial industrial units, retail, and office space leases and commercial lease renewals. I have also had several years of experience working with real estate law firms in India wherein I represented reputed builder clients on debt financing transactions.
