I specialise in all aspects of commercial property landlord and tenant work including new lettings and agreements for lease of development properties; lease renewals including renewals and contested renewals under the Landlord & Tenant Act 1954; rent reviews; dilapidations; and break notices; and leases. I advise on all aspects of the management of property and the sale and purchase of investment property subject to occupational leases.

Experience

Before joining Harold Benjamin in 2008, I acted as a trainee property executive at Penman Johnson Solicitors in Watford. During my career, I have gained extensive experience of working alongside private companies, listed and unlisted public limited companies, banks, individuals, partnerships, construction and development groups.
