Associate Solicitor
I am an Associate within the Banking & Finance team at Harold Benjamin based in our London office in Bond Street. I qualified as a Solicitor in August 2017 after completing my training contract with a London law firm. I advise a variety of clients on various aspects of corporate and banking matters.
As the majority of my instructions received are transactional and working towards tight deadlines, I provide a high quality service to clients in a timely manner as well as achieving their targets. I believe the key to a good client/advisor relationship is communication and approachability which I pride myself in.
Experience
Prior to joining Harold Benjamin in July 2021 I worked as a corporate solicitor with a leading regional firm.
I have previous experience in advising on corporate matters such as mergers, acquisitions and disposals, share-buybacks, employee-ownership transactions, as well as dealing with corporate governance matters and individual shareholders.
I also possess vast experience on banking and finance matters advising private and commercial lenders, corporate and individual borrowers and investment/crowd funders on all aspects of general corporate lending transactions, both domestically and internationally. I also deal with refinance matters, real estate finance and acquisition finance.
