Practice Area / Expertise
I am an Associate Solicitor in the firm’s Private Client department specialising in Probate Administration, Estate Planning, Trusts, Wills, Lasting Powers of Attorney, and Court of Protection matters. As a fully qualified STEP practitioner, I offer in-depth expertise to guide clients through these complex areas with confidence. My background in Residential Conveyancing gives me a unique insight into how different legal areas intersect enabling me to offer clients more tailored and holistic advice, particularly when it comes to managing their affairs and planning for succession.
I regularly advise on a range of Private Client matters, including Estate Planning, Trusts and Wills. I assist clients with drafting tailored Wills, creating specific trusts for asset protection, and managing Inheritance Tax mitigation strategies. I also provide guidance on Lasting Powers of Attorney and support families through the probate administration process. Additionally, I advise on Court of Protection matters for those who lack mental capacity. My focus is always on providing clear, practical advice with a compassionate approach to ensure clients’ needs are met during challenging times.
