Practice Area / Expertise
I am a Paralegal in the Commercial Property department, focusing on land development and strategic development matters, as well as residential plot sales, where I manage my own caseload and support the progression of transactions through to completion.
With over 20 years’ experience in Commercial Property, I support colleagues on a wide range of development and plot sale matters, assisting with key administrative and transactional aspects to help ensure matters progress efficiently through to completion. This includes coordinating documentation and facilitating the digital execution of key documents.
I regularly deal with complex Land Registry requisitions arising from large-scale development matters for one of the UK’s largest housebuilders as well as other developer clients.
I also assist a longstanding developer client, with whom I have worked since joining the firm supporting them with legal queries raised by plot purchasers’ solicitors including requests for Certificates of Compliance. Through this work I help ensure the smooth progression of plot sales and the timely completion of development transactions.
