Associate Solicitor

I am an Associate within the Real Estate department at Harold Benjamin, advising on a wide range of both residential and commercial property matters. I have experience in landlord and tenant matters, portfolio refinances, investment acquisitions and sales, property management, secured lending and other associated matters.

Experience

I started my career working in Property and Asset Management before moving into the Legal Sector as a paralegal in a leading international firm. I then completed my training contract and qualified at a leading regional firm in the South East, before spending almost five years working in firms in the West End.

I joined Harold Benjamin in September 2024.

Education

  • Legal Practice Course (LPC) – University of Law, Guildford
  • BA (Hons) in Archaeology and Anthropology , Durham University
  • Jamie qualified as a Solicitor in 2018
