Prior to joining Harold Benjamin in February 2024, I worked at a boutique West End law firm, covering all aspects of property law, where I was fortunate to count amongst my clients a prominent manufacturer, charities, pharmaceutical wholesalers, a major independent pharmacy chain, a prominent food distributor, and several extremely high net worth Indian nationals.

I maintain strong relationships with other solicitors, barristers, brokers, accountants, tax advisors, agents, surveyors and auctioneers, and will tap into these relationships for the benefit of my clients whenever required.

• Portfolio transfer of around 90 properties for a major charity
• Transfer of a £30 million portfolio, with a contemporaneous £17 million refinancing
• Acting for a landlord letting to a blue-chip tenant with gross rents of over £1 million per annum
• Completing several private bridge loans in excess of £2.5 million
• Completing several private bridge loans in 72 hours or less
• Purchase of a hotel for £2.6 million (completing at 3pm on Christmas Eve)
• Sale of a £7.4 million Kensington flat via the sale of the BVI holding company
