I specialise in residential flat lease extensions, both Statutory Lease Extensions under the Leasehold Reform Housing & Urban Development Act 1993 and Informal Lease Extensions which fall outside the Act. I also assist with the Deed of Variation, Assignment of the Notice, Lease Reviews to explain particular clauses in a Lease and Deed of Substituted Security, to obtain the Lender’s consent prior to extension of the Lease.

I act for both Landlords and Tenants in respect of their lease extensions. My client portfolio ranges from private Freeholders, Limited Companies, Leaseholders, Shared Owners, Executors and Management Companies. On a daily basis, I am advising individual tenants seeking to extend their own Leases and at the same time, Landlord clients with a large property portfolio who are approached by their tenants to extend their leases.

With over six years post qualification experience, I have the combined expertise to offer my clients a realistic and pragmatic service, aiming to make complicated transactions as understandable and transparent as possible. I am recognised for my professional and friendly approach as I take pride in understanding my client’s objectives and delivering a streamlined service.
