Nishma is an Associate Solicitor within the Real Estate department at Harold Benjamin, advising on a wide range of both residential and commercial property matters. She has experience in portfolio refinances, investment acquisitions and sales, property management, secured lending and associated matters.
Experience
Nishma qualified in 2015 and has extensive experience and specialisation in Residential Conveyancing. Nishma deals with a variety of Sales and Purchases including Right to Buy, New Builds, Shared Equity/Ownership, Help to Buy and sales involving a Compulsory Purchase Order.
Nishma also has vast experience with Remortgages, Equity Transfers and Lease Extensions
In her free time Nishma enjoys socialising and spending time with her family.
