Paul primarily acts for developers, investors / high net worth individuals and occupiers. In particular, he advises on sales and acquisitions, development transactions and leasehold matters.

Paul has been voted Young Lawyer of the Year in Law Society awards and is seen as a market leader in airspace development, having written for the Royal institute of Chartered Surveyors, Construction News and the Guardian on the topic and provided the webinar for the national legal search engine Lexus Nexus.

Paul thrives on getting involved at the early stages of any matter and providing strategic advice for structuring complicated property transactions. Clients and colleagues alike have commented on this resulting in deals being achieved as effectively and efficiently as possible.

Prior to joining Harold Benjamin, Paul trained at national law firm Browne Jacobson before joining Fieldfisher Waterhouse in the City.
