Sarah Benjamin

Solicitor

I work within the commercial property department in our West End office, acting for landlords and tenants on transactions such as lease renewals and the grant of new leases. Many of our clients are in the retail and leisure sectors and consist of luxury brands.

Experience

After completing law school in 2015, I joined a high street firm as a property paralegal. I gained a variety of experience handling residential property matters and assisting with commercial property transactions.

I became a trainee solicitor in June 2017. During my training contract my experience was largely gained working in the firm’s property department where I built further experience in residential and commercial property.

I went on to qualify as a solicitor in 2019.

I joined Harold Benjamin in July 2021.
