Having gained several years’ experience in the legal world, my experience consists of working in residential and commercial property including but not limited to sale and purchase, drafting and reviewing s106 agreements, auction purchases, option agreements, business/share purchase agreements and other supplementary documents therein. I also have experience in Landlord & Tenant and Wills & Probate and complex Stamp Duty Land Tax matters.

I have a plethora of transferrable skills, am confident, hardworking and reliable professional having acquired techniques of working under pressure in demanding environments without compromising quality. I have the ability to adapt and acquire new skills with versatility and successfully implement them into practise with full confidence.

Notable transactions include:

• Purchase of mansion and surrounding land and advising on how to break up the land over a number of entities.
• Acting for a various overseas clients selling property in the UK
• Completing a £17m loan facility for a client
• Assisting a charity to incorporate as a CIO
