Experience

I have supported Robert Souber, Head of our London office for the past 16 years. During that period, I have played a pivotal role in assisting Robert and Sam Wooderson, Associate Solicitor, with their very active retail / luxury based landlord & tenant practice. My role encompasses all aspects of commercial property, landlord and tenant work including the preparation of statutory and non-statutory lease extensions, franchises, licence for alterations, deeds of covenants, as well as dealing with the post-completion process. I take a very active participation in the management of many of our clients’ multi-site real estate portfolios.

I have worked with many of our clients for a number of years and I have forged a strong working relationship with them.
