Mina Kakkad
Partner & General Counsel
Mina is General Counsel for Harold Benjamin. She is responsible for legal affairs overseeing risk, compliance, regulatory issues, internal investigations, and providing strategic legal advice to support the business. She is also a Senior Partner in the Commercial Real Estate practice with a particular focus on complex landlord and tenant matters, acquisitions, disposals and real estate management.
Experience
Mina has more than 20 years’ experience in dealing with commercial real estate. Her experience spans acquiring and disposing of high value and complex commercial leases for both landlords and tenants as well as the acquisition and disposal of single and multi-let assets together with related real estate management work, acting for major corporate clients, institutional investors and entrepreneurs.
