As a Partner in Commercial Property, Development & Planning and Secured Lending, I am regularly involved in advising and implementing the property, corporate, construction and financial aspects of major property development projects.

My clients include developers, banks and medium-sized construction and trading companies.

Experience

I am experienced in the areas of commercial contracts, financing, landlord & tenant matters and commercial property investment work.

I previously worked for SJ Berwin in the City for 15 years as a property and projects lawyer. My clients included major players in property and PFI/PPP matters.

Education

  • MSc in Construction Law and Dispute Resolution – Kings College, London (2009).
  • Chris Snodin qualified as a Solicitor in 1988.
