Experience

I joined Harold Benjamin in 2016 as a Paralegal, commenced my training contract in October 2017 and qualified as a Solicitor on 15 April 2019.

Over the last three years, I have assisted the Commercial Property team with landlord and tenant, refinancing, commercial and residential property and auction sale and purchase transactions. I have also gained experience in Dispute Resolution & Litigation including the section 25 and 26 lease renewal notices/process and within the Development & Planning team the granting of easements, section 38 and section 104 Agreements and transfers of substations.
